A Message from James Lipari
Going to breweries and enjoying great beers is just what I do. I’ve been doing it for years. In fact, I got so excited about it that I started brewing my own beer. Then, I got even MORE excited about it and became a certified Cicerone®. If you don’t know what that is, a Cicerone® is to beer what a sommelier is to wine. So, am I a certified beer geek? Yes!
However, brewery tours don’t have to be stuffy, snobby, hipsterish or intimidating. I mean, come on…we’re talking about beer! It’s meant to be fun, and learning about it can also give you a deeper appreciation for the world’s oldest icebreaker. I can’t wait to share my knowledge of and excitement for craft beer with each and every one of you!
